He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Scott and Marion Scott (Crouse); and his children, Charles Scott and Kimberly Marie Scott. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. "Sandy" Byers; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Scott of Manton and Stephen "Andy" Scott (Nicole) of Cedar; his granddaughter Amybell Scott of Manton; his sisters, Ann Bigelow (Wayne) of Manton and Patricia Ruginis of Manton; his nephew David Bigelow; and also, Lauri Morgan and Kristy Morgan.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
