He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Stack and Helen M. Stack (Keller); and his siblings, Gerald Stack and Maria Rackley. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Stack (Alexis), Scott Stack and Lisa Stack; his grandson Liam Stack; and his siblings, Phyllis Kopasz (Deacon Frank) and James "Jim" Stack (Joan). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
