It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Nye of Manton, Michigan, born in Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Nye and Charlotte Nye (McKay); and his brothers, Allen Nye and Delbert Nye. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hart; his children, Jim Nye (Patricia) of Baxter, TN and Tammy Bigelow (Steve) of Manton; his grandchildren, Jamie Braswell (Cody), Cory Nye (Mahaley), Brock Bigelow, Shelby Bigelow and Colton Bigelow; his great grandchildren, Lane, Lexi and Corinthians; and his sister Dorothy Butcher of Manton. He is also survived by other loving friends and family members.
