He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cronkhite and Claudia Bell Cronkhite (Houghton); and his siblings, Bev Miltibarger, Bill Cronkhite, Richard Cronkhite, Don Cronkhite, Bob Cronkhite and Linda Cronkhite.
He is survived by: his children, Storina Overshiner (Curtis) of Danville, IL, Gary Cronkhite (Linnea) of Manton, Sam Cronkhite (Janet) of Manton, Tashia Klinger (Neil) of Traverse City and Shasta Cronkhite of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Anthony Thomas (Jessica), Amanda Thomas (Brian), Adam Thomas, Kaitlin Cronkhite, Trenity Darville, Braydin Cronkhite, Ben Klinger, Chloe Klinger, Dominic Sicoli, Vyolet Vasquez (Justin), Autumn Norton (Zach), Emma Payne (Malachi) and Kagan Yaklin; his great grandchildren, Xander, Blake, Alyvia, Greyson, Samantha and Carsyn; and his siblings, Jean Tupis and Pat Cronkhite. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hitesman-Holdship Funeral Home (620 N Mitchell St, Cadillac, MI 49601). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
