He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Alden and Margaret Sue Murphy (Hart). He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Murphy (Cathy) of Brooklyn, Julie Arbour (Edward) of Ypsilanti and Sean Murphy (Staci) of Tecumseh; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Murphy (DeAnne) of Bedford, VA, Melissa Morgan (Bennie) of Christiansburg, VA, Adam Arbour of Ann Arbor, Kristy Van Bergen (Ryan) of Ann Arbor and Devin Murphy of Tecumseh.
