She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lowe; her children, Dirk (Catina), Steve Lowe (Elizabeth) and Vickie Ouellette (Brian); her grandchildren, Kaylene Hayes (Hunter), Samantha Lowe, Rachel Lowe, Kortney Gilliam (Nick), Haleigh Holowaty (John), Andrew Ouellette (KayleeMalak), Alexander Ouellette, Brynn Lowe and Jalynn Lowe; her great grandchildren, Kamden and Kollins Gilliam; her siblings, Terry Williams (Linda) and Karin Devine (John); her siblings-in-law, James Lowe (Cris), Murkie Lowe and Patty Williams; and her close friend Ola Brighton (Butch).

Donations in Deborah's memory may be given to the family for future designation.
