He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Howland and Alice L. Howland (Ambler); his grandson Charles Jason Howland; and his siblings, Betty Jean Ehnis, Frederick Howland and Delbert Howland.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice McClurg; his children, Scott C. Howland (Linda) of Adrian, Daniel L. Howland (Patti) of Waterford, Craig A. Howland (Lisa) of Adrian, Lorene S. Jones (Matt) of Blissfield and Lynette Rugg (Brian) of Island Lake, Illinois; and his brother Hugh H. Howland (Donna) of Brooklyn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
