It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Lee Bens of Manistique, Michigan, born in Vermillion, South Dakota, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Eugene and Sevie Marguerite Bens (Rainow); his wife Cynthia Bens of Garden, MI; and his brother Michael Bens. He is survived by: his children, Cody Bens of Ann Arbor, MI and Stephanie Bens of Chicago, IL; and his sister-in-law Kathy Bens of East Lansing, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
