He is survived by: his wife Millie; his children, Cindy Nelson of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Kevin Johnson (Lisa) of Green Bay, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Jill Denkins (Dustin), Julie Landis (Bryan), Robert Johnson (Abby) and Michael Johnson; his great grandchildren, Derek, Jenna, Dylan, Jayda Denkins and Jacob Landis; his sister Roberta Bergman of Prescott; and his nephews, Eric, Brock and Mark Bergman.
