He is survived by: his wife Betty Zimmer; his daughter Kimberly Austin (Rodney) of Manistique; his stepchildren, Jane Jewett (James) of Germantown, WI and James Wayne, Jr. of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Breona Jewett, Shauna Jewett and April Wayne; and his great grandchildren, Kalli Kannenberg and Avery Kachinsky.
