He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Olsen; his parents, Gladwin Olsen and Ina Olsen; and his siblings, Robert Olsen, Gladys LaFord and Helen Werner.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Olsen (Rita) of Manistique and Deb Tufnell (Don) of Manistique; his grandchildren, Dawn Osterhout (Jeff) of Manistique, Scott Olsen (Amy) of Manistique, Rachel Smiertka (Matthew) of Caledonia, MI, Adam Tufnell (Tanisha Potts) of Shelby Township, MI, Pete, Jacob, Aiden, Josh, Jordan, Kyle, Austin, Makenna, Natalie, Cadence, Alaura and Willow; his sisters, Audrey Herbst, Karen Dottor and Judy Fischer (Earl); and his close friends, Paulette and Doug Demers. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends.
