She is survived by: her husband Tim Adkins of Stevens Lake; her children, Hal Stevens Jr. (Louise) of Nashville, MI, Stan Stevens (Joanne) of Otsego, MI, Darlye Heidtman of Munising, MI and Bernice Benish (John) of Manistique, MI; and her siblings, Joe, Cindy and Barb. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
