She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Vanderheide; her husband Eugene E. Johnson; her children, Gregg, Eric and Kris; and her siblings, Theodore, Marion, Grace and Edna.
She is survived by: her sons, Karl (Barbara Nelson), Evan (Kelly) and Neal (Cindy Parker-Johnson); and her grandchildren, Erika, Kirsten, Lloyd, Seth, Amanda and Joseph. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Norma's name may be directed to the First United Methodist Church of Manistique, or to the Manistique Senior Center.
