She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Neal "Jimmy" and Irene E. Perrin Carter; her husband Nathan Burch; and her daughter Debbie Clisbee. She is survived by: her children, Perry Clisbee (Iris) of Issaquah, WA and Tracie Burch-Angell (John); her grandchildren, Anil Sharma, Roger Dowell, Brian Vega, Michael Clisbee, David Clisbee and Christiane Clisbee; and her niece Karen Monroe of Dalhart, TX.. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
