She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Zawada and Tony Zawada; and her grandmother Berdella Decker. She is survived by: her sisters, Kay Patterson (Robert), Toni Sherbrook (Bob) and Birdie Folsom (Dennis); and her aunt Linda Holmes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
