It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ell Foltz of Manistique, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Foltz and Cecil Foltz (Parker); and his brother John "Jack" Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Linda Foltz of Gooseneck Lake, MI; his children, John Glover (Kimberly) of Colorado Springs, CO and Cindy Lou Glover of Gooseneck Lake, MI; his sister Irene Carmody of Middletown, OH; his sister-in-law Fran Foltz of Lansing, MI; and his grandchildren, Zachary Glover and Makayla Friedrich (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
