She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and De Etta Smith (Rice); her husband James Robert Spencer; her siblings, Loren Smith and Candy Smith; her son-in-law Carl Lubs; and her sister-in-law Sandy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Gary R. Spencer of Manistique, James A. Spencer (Barb) of Manistique, Linda Lubs of Milton, WI and Doreen Schutte (Joe) of Vulcan, MI; and her siblings, Gordon Smith (Eunice) of Colman, MI, George Smith of Farwell, MI, Randy Smith (Carla) of Moran, MI and Mary Ann Merrit of Canton, OH.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
