He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Johnson and Bertha Johnson (Jensen); and his siblings, Bertha Peterson, Carol Dagnault, Margarette Smith and Gerald Johnson.
He is survived by: his significant other Eva Tennyson; his children, Daniel Johnson (Charlene) of Elk Rapids, MI, Steven Johnson (Star) of Princeton, TX, Richard Johnson (Julie) of Laingsburg, MI and Laurie Schnurer (Rob) of Manistique, MI; and his brother Michael Johnson of Manistique, MI. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
