He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Jean Swaer (Sandy); his children, Ryan Haas (Jenny) of Manistique, Brenda Womack (James Smith) of Dillon, Montana and Alan Hazel of Dillon; his grandchildren, Jennifer Womack (Caleb Sill), CharRae Hazel, Aydin and Paeyton Haas; and his siblings, William Hazel (Cindy) of Waukesha, WI, Shirley Campbell (Glen) of Marquette, MI and Lynn Wakefield (Lynn) of Morganton, NC..
