He is survived by: his mother-in-law Kathleen Lumetta; his wife Kathleen of Manistique; his son Larry Billings (Kerry) of Manistique; his siblings, Lawrence of Belleville, MI, Elmer, David of Romulus, MI and Rose Ann Shelton (Dale) of Romulus, MI; his grandchildren, Jamie Jenifer Wilhelm (Mike), Cortney Dembney-Oortman (Robbert), Michael Scott Billings and Mackenzie Brooke Billings; and his great grandchildren, Emily Wilhelm and Joshua Wilhelm. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
