She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kuczynski (Debra) of Edmore, Lori Hall of Bear Lake and Debbie Yonkman of Cadillac; her grandchildren, Keith Kuczynski (Amanda), Michael Kuczynski, Robert Yonkman (Amber), Aaron Yonkman (Brian Homiak), Shaine Kuczynski, Brittany Hall, Jesse Kuczynski and Ryan Kuczynski (Olivia); her great grandchildren, Peyton, Jaxson Yonkman, Lucas Kuczynski, Karter, Brinleigh Kuczynski and Hudson Wolf; her sister-in-law Dorothy Lata; her brother Richard; her sister-in-law Caroline Kuczynski; and her siblings, Kenneth Fortin (Ann), James Fortin (Delores McMurty), Joseph Fortin, Kent, Robert Fortin (Ida Wheeler), Mary Jo Rasmusson (Chris), Rose Davis and Julie Brecheisen (Jon) of Stanton.
