He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Sage (Lynn) of Manistee, MI, Brock Sage (Amanda) of Wellston, MI and Brooke Sage (Dustin) of Mesick, MI; his grandchildren, Jeremy Jr., Logan and Willow Rae; his siblings, Susan Fales (Jim) of Sterling, MI, Rich Sage (Kris) of Chesaning, MI and Tim Brown (Sandy) of Frankenmuth, MI; and his nephew Richie (Jen) of Reese, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
