She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Petersen and Elsie Petersen (Zimmerman); her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Don Englund; her brothers, Bob (Carol Petersen) and Dave (Darlene Petersen); and her nieces and nephews, Debra Reed, Dyana (Earl Parsons), Roger Englund and David Petersen Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Schultz; her nieces, Susan Milliman (Mark), Sharon Zalba (Chris), Dixie Wilkins (Greg) and Denice Seaman (Rick); and her nephew David Englund.
