He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Perski and Charlotte Perski (Miller); and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his children, Kurt (Karen Levinson) and Laura; his grandsons, Kyle, Alex, Zach and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Brantley and Rosalyn; and his siblings, Kathy Wittig, Linda Weigel, Gene Perski, Mary Herbert and Debbie Skocelas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
