He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fredrick and Virginia Echo Zimmerman (King); and his daughter Tina Potter. He is survived by: his wife Diana Louise Zimmerman (Staff); his daughters, Tammy, Tara (Johnny), Tabitha (Sam), Sara Wallet and Gabriella Alfano; his grandchildren, Fershawn, Kenyatta, Ginny, Lacy, Megan, Seth, Ibrahim, Yasin, Zainab, Riki, Cortny and Aaron; and his sisters, Helen Hoornstra and Paula Clifford. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
