He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Anderson and Isabelle Anderson (Keillor); his wife Viola Marie Jacobi; his daughter Janet Killinger; his siblings, Evelyn Neinhus (John) and Harold Anderson (Andy); and his in-laws, Mae Freer (Dick), Charlotte Hejl (Charles), June Graham (Dick), Donald Englund (Joyce), Garnett Grabowski (Lawrence) and James Leet.
He is survived by: his sons, John Anderson (Sherry) of Holland, James Anderson (Vicki) of Manistee, Jack Anderson (Cheryl) of Portland, MI, Thomas Anderson (Mary) of Charlevoix and Michael Anderson (Gay) of Henderson, NV; his grandchildren, Stacey Anderson, Jessica Dew (Jason), Joshua Anderson (Carly), Jeffrey Anderson (Leanne), Julie Bowers (Ben), Kristen Fellows (Geoff), Matthew Anderson (Tina), Emily Freund (Brian), Sarah, Amanda and Aaron Anderson; his sister-in-law Marilyn Leet of Manistee; and his niece Candy Wittlief. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or the Manistee High School Athletic Department.
