He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Mendez, Rebecca Hornacek, Melissa Hornacek and Paulenea Hornacek; his siblings, Emery Haik, Brian Haik and Patricia Way; and his grandchildren, Jasseri Lehan, Eathan, Destiney Mendez, Ella, Anna Locke, Tyler Zimmer, Alex, Wyatt Hornacek, Avery Johnson and Paige Duffy. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; cousins; and lifelong friends.
