He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Gonyer and Barbra Frey; and also, Uncle and Conrad Browne. He is survived by: his parents, Raphael "Ray" and Mary Louise Gonyer (Browne); his spouse Elizabeth Annie Oates; his children, Lynn Gonyer of Manchester, Mark D. Gonyer (Brenda) of Kalamazoo, Lori Capal (Daniel) of North Platte and Robb Gonyer (Amy) of Davenport; his siblings, Conrad Gonyer and Delores Bauer (Jim); and his grandchildren, Stephen, Jeffrey, Megan Capal, Sarah, Rebekah, Matthew, Andrew, Josiah and Joshua Gonyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Manchester Public Schools.
