He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reuben John and Laura Jane Merrill (Watt); his wife Lois Dell Merrill (Roberts); his children, Lori Alpert, Laura Blades (Gary), Lynette Fioroni (Joe), Harold Merrill, Jr., Lois Merrill and Lisa Spears (Mike); his grandchildren, Joel Blades (Emma), Melissa Blades, Josh Blades (Sarah), Nick Fioroni (Sarah), Sam Fioroni (Sarah), Maddie Fioroni, Richard Janish, Sharilyn Leutz (Tony), Paul Spears (Cori), Kenzie Spears, Mara Spears and John Spears; and his great grandchildren, Natilee Leutz and Francis Fioroni.
