He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Lee and Vivienne Lee (Mallinger); his wife Ann; his daughter Janie; and his siblings, Jack Lee, Alice Bickhart and Mary Creighton.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Lee (Janice); his stepdaughter Barbara Mizrahi (Larry); his siblings, Cynthia Ryden (Russ), Charmaine Amos and Harold Lee (Dawn); his grandchildren, Sydney Lee (TJ Pendell), Tom Mizrahi and Henry Mizrahi; and his great grandchildren, Harrison and Grayson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
