In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Barbara Jean leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Barbara Jean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Williams and Ruby Williams (Nitzel); and her husband Ronald VanDeven. She is survived by: her sons, Michael VanDeven and Doug VanDeven; and her grandchildren, David and Jessica VanDeven. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, and her friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eineder Funeral Home (207 E Duncan St, Manchester, MI 48158). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rural Hill Cemetery (215 W Seven Mile Rd, Northville, MI 48167).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cancer Society of America or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
