He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Blue and Marguerite L. Cooper; his wife Bethany A. Brockway; and his former wife Barbara J. Wilcox. He is survived by: his children, Ralph W. Blue, Christine A. Koop, Mary Beth Anderson and Timothy Blue. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
