It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Pecar of Mancelona, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wempe and Juliana Wempe (Kemeny); her husband Allen Pecar; her sons, Edward and John; and her sisters, Irene Novak and Marie Margaret.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret Fallone (Tony) of Clinton Township, Thomas (Brenda Mulder) of Mancelona, Robert (Deb) of East Jordan, Mary Pecar of Bellaire, Judy Crockett (Dave) of Manistee, Joanie Moore (Tim) of Mancelona, Theresa Moore (Craig) of Mancelona and Kathleen Lightbody (Andrew) of Mancelona. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great grandchild.
