He is survived by: his wife Laurel Birdsall; his children, Janice Smith (Mitch) of Alpena, Shana Rappel of Mio, Roger Birdsall Jr. of Mancelona, Alisha Birdsall, Lisa Birdsall and Christopher Birdsall; his stepdaughter Kristina Lauback (Dale) of Grayling; and his siblings, Dennis Birdsall, Ann Koli and Connie Peterson.
