It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Allen of Mancelona, Michigan, born in Kalkaska, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Windish; and her uncle Dennis Short. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Short (John) of Mancelona; her husband Richard P. Allen; her children, Jennifer Verstrat (Clayton), Randy Verstrat (Amanda) of Mancelona, Dustin Allen (Hailey) of Mancelona and Logan Allen of Mancelona; her stepmother Darlene Windish of Central Lake; her grandchildren, Joshua Craft, Rowan Vandaveer, Kolton (Raeghan Verstrat) and Jaxon Allen; and her siblings, Bryan Sehl of Mancelona, Clifford Sehl (Cindy), Jenna of Mancelona and Melissa Sehl of Mancelona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
