He was predeceased by: his parents, George Justice and Emma Justice (Stratton); his son Jeffrey Scott Justice; and his siblings, Omie Roguska, Barbara Heim, Willard Justice and Theodore Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Justice (Johnson); his sons, Tracey Justice of Evart, MI, Greg Justice (Tanya) of Mancelona and Christopher Justice (Amanda) of Gulf Breeze, FL; and his siblings, Cyril Justice (Deborah) of Crossville, TN, Edwin Justice of Allegan, MI, Ann Avey of Grand Rapids, MI, Hazel Felty (Garry) of Hudsonville, MI and Lucy Howard (Stanley) of Alden. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
