It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Variot (Mancelona, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 10, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Variot and Elcie Variot (Gossett); his daughter Denise Variot; his siblings, Donald, Richard Variot and Diane LaDuke; and his great grandchild James Edwards.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Variot (Beatriz) of Seebrook, TX, Joseph Variot (Susan) of Mancelona, Leslie Hamilton of Traverse City and Matthew Variot; his grandchildren, Crystal Edwards, Joseph Variot (Beverly), Samantha Variot, Jessica Variot, Jacob Hamilton, Infinity Variot and Eternity Variot; and his half-siblings, Jody Variot of Roswell, NM, James Variot of Bradenton, FL and Julie Variot of Aurora, CO.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-granddaughter.
