She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Swope and Mae Swope (Howitz); and her stepmother Georgeanne Swope. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Torsch; her son Mark Torsch (Julie) of Howell, MI; her grandsons, Jacob Torsch (Andrea) of Fenton and Joshua Torsch (Sarah Deitert) of Ann Arbor; her great grandchildren, Grace and Faith; and her siblings, Tom Swope (Barbara), Tony Swope (Roxanne) of Ortonville, MI, Patti Majtyka (Ron), Kitty Heiss (Tim) of Pinckney, MI and Michelle Cronk (Ish) of Petoskey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the baby pantry at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
