He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo McIntire and Elizabeth McIntire; his daughter Melissa Ferguson; and his siblings, Clyde McIntire and Shirley Maurer.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael McIntire (Jerlin) and Matthew McIntire (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Nathan McIntire (Amanda), Courtney Vela (Patrick), Mark, Mary and Luke McIntire; and his great grandchildren, Tycho, Soren and Isabella.
