She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Anger and Ethel Anger (Jefferson); her husband Wayne Hoig; her son William; and her siblings, Albert, Ernest, Donald, Douglas, Duncan, Everett, Audrey Jackson and Lila Graves.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Cathey (David) of St. Joseph, Ronald Hoig (Linda) of Mancelona, Kenneth Hoig (Faye) of Gaylord, Karen Hoig of Mancelona, Jeffrey Hoig of Mancelona, Laura Viszmeg (Michael) of Mancelona and Denise Schroeder (Richard) of Mancelona; her siblings, Roger Anger (Bonnie) of Mancelona, Joyce Matthews (Robert) of Lexington and Janet Blair of Coloma; and her sister-in-law Kay Anger of Florida. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter.
