He is survived by: his wife Amy Lamb; his children, Amanda Nowlin, Jerimiah Lamb and David Lamb, Jr.; his grandchildren, Leena Jones, Zachary Jones, Lucas Nowlin, Mara Nowlin, Brandon Lamb, Xander Lamb, Connor Lamb and Colleen Lamb; his great grandchild Robert Jones; and his siblings, Thomas Campbell, Tim Condict, Alan Wildman, Nina Koblinski and Linda Campbell.
