He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Pete" Mroz and Anna Mroz (Niesluchowski); and his brother Dean Mroz. He is survived by: his children, Jason Mroz (Stephanie) of Mancelona, Darren Mroz, Danielle Burghardt (Robert) of Bellaire and Dawn Brookes (Travis) of Marion, OH; his sister Cathy Michayluk of New Baltimore, MI; his grandchildren, Andrew, Morgan, Devyn, Karma, Solin, Bryten, Levi, Selah, Simon and Anna; his fiancée Sherrie Finch; and his pet Jake.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes (205 W State St, Mancelona, MI 49659).
