He is survived by: his children, Andrzej Czaczkowski (Marta), Robert Czaczkowski (Brygida) and Alicja Norkiewicz (Gregory); his grandchildren, Anna, Dan, Chris, Nicholas, Brittany, Monika, Marko, Filip and Aleks; and his great grandchildren, Ayden and Amara.
