He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eva Franke and Edmund Franke; his wife Patricia Clark; his children, Jennifer Hansberry (Bill), Elizabeth Carpenter (Butch) and Christopher Franke (Ashley); his grandchildren, Evan (Leanne), Chloe, Bailey, Kate, Clare and Zach; and his siblings, Edmund, Dolores, Donna and Vearl.
