He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrcil Collins and Harold Collins; and his brother Kevin (Heather). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Violet, Lucia, Fiona and Max; and his brothers, Mike, Steve (late Patti), Greg and Patrick.
