She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Coppola and Raymond Coppola; and her husband Anthony Vincent Kowalewski. She is survived by: her son Anthony Raymond Kowalewski; her daughter-in-law Kelly Kowalewski; her granddaughters, Shelby Kowalewski and Lindsay Bonar; and her sisters, Judy Brao and Mildred Holland.
Phyllis loved her dogs and was very passionate about donating to shelters so the family is asking instead of flowers to make donations to a shelter or Humane Society of your choice.
