She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Gregory S. Melchert, Kenneth M. Melchert, Glenn G. Melchert, Ronald J. Melchert (Julie), Diana M. Dallafior, Cheryl A. Melchert and Denise L. Sheffield (Ray). She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home (30351 Dequindre Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Ferrer Church (28353 Herbert St, Madison Heights, MI 48071). An entombment was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Christian Memorial Gardens West (521 E Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307).
