She is survived by: her children, Janice Polan (Eugene), Cynthia Ramm (Kenneth), Kenneth Podgorski (Cynthia), Laura Geboski (Michael) and Marianne Podgorski; and her grandchildren, Julie Barnett (John), Geoffrey Polan (Christa), Jeremy Polan, Eric Ramm (Kristina), Angela Rice (Kyle), Amy Nahorodny (Alex), Aaron Podgorski, Alicia Jones (Charles), Alyson Dixon (Andrew) and Jacob Geboski.
Pat was battling Alzheimer's Disease for many years, and her memories were fading.
