He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Janice Polan (Gene), Cindy Ramm (Ken), Laura Geboski (Mike) and Marianne; his pet Isabella Rose; and his grandchildren, Julie Barnett (John), Geoff Polan (Christa), Jeremy Polan, Eric Ramm (Kristina), Angela Rice (Kyle), Amy Naharodny (Alex), Aaron Podgorski, Alicia Jones (Charles), Alyson Dixon (Andrew) and Jacob Geboski. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
