The passing of Lottie Kobus (Madison Heights, Michigan) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 90. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kudla and Josephine Kudla; her spouse Marian Kobus; and her siblings, Jane, Joseph (Pauline), Mitchell (Alfreda) and Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Michael M. Kobus (Karen) and Annette Tash (late Ronald); her grandchild Kelly Tierney (Michael); her great grandchildren, Eric and Brett; and her siblings, Leonard (Diane), Richard and Joanette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St Rene Goupil Catholic Parish (35955 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home (30351 Dequindre Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Rene Goupil Catholic Parish (35955 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations to be made to the Capuchins, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or to St. Rene Catholic Church.
